Rule Brittania! H.M.S. Pinafore in Concert
featuring internationally renowned Gilbert and Sullivan interpreter Alistair Donkin
The Marylhurst Chorale and the Choral Union end their seasons with H.M.S. Pinafore, or, The Lass That Loved a Sailor, a comic opera in two acts, with music by Arthur Sullivan and libretto by W.S. Gilbert.
Special guest artist Alistair Donkin of England, one of the world's great G&S interpreters, is stage director and narrator for the two Marylhurst performances. Dr. Justin Smith of the Marylhurst University Department of Music conducts.
